                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to taxation; local government aid; providing base year formula aid to the​
1.3 city of Baldwin.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. BASE YEAR FORMULA AID FOR THE CITY OF BALDWIN.​
1.6 For the calculation under Minnesota Statutes, section 477A.013, subdivisions 8 and 9,​
1.7for aids payable in 2026, the city of Baldwin's aid for 2025, used in calculating aid payable​
1.8in 2026, is deemed to be equal to $....... multiplied by the city's population.​
1.9 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for aids payable in 2026 only.​
