1.2 relating to transportation; appropriating money for state match funding related to
1.3 the federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; FEDERAL INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT
1.6AND JOBS ACT.
1.7 $153,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.8commissioner of transportation for the federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA)
1.9discretionary program match funding. This appropriation is subject to requirements contained
1.10in Laws 2023, chapter 68, article 4, section 111. This is a onetime appropriation and is
1.11available until June 30, 2029.
1.12 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
