| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$14,915,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9of Wayzata to acquire real property or interests in real property for, and to design, construct, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10furnish, and equip the final phase of Wayzata's downtown lakefront restoration, including |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11construction of an eco park, restoration and preservation of the historic Section Foreman |
