| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 168E.01, subdivision 12, is amended to read: |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subd. 12.Retail delivery.(a) "Retail delivery" means a delivery to a person located in |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8Minnesota of the following items as part of a retail sale: |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9 (1) tangible personal property that is subject to taxation under chapter 297A; and, as |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10part of a retail sale. |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11 (2) clothing, as defined under section 297A.67, subdivision 8, excluding cloth and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12disposable child and adult diapers. |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13 (b) Retail delivery does not include pickup at the retailer's place of business, including |

| 14 | 14 | | 1.14curbside delivery. |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2025. |
