55 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
66 1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 168E.01, subdivision 12, is amended to read:​
77 1.7 Subd. 12.Retail delivery.(a) "Retail delivery" means a delivery to a person located in​
88 1.8Minnesota of the following items as part of a retail sale:​
99 1.9 (1) tangible personal property that is subject to taxation under chapter 297A; and, as​
1010 1.10part of a retail sale.​
1111 1.11 (2) clothing, as defined under section 297A.67, subdivision 8, excluding cloth and​
1212 1.12disposable child and adult diapers.​
1313 1.13 (b) Retail delivery does not include pickup at the retailer's place of business, including​
1414 1.14curbside delivery.​
1515 1.15 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2025.​
1616 1.16 Sec. 2. REPEALER.​
1717 1.17 Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 168E.01, subdivision 4, is repealed.​
1818 1.18 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2025.​
