                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to housing; appropriating money for the greater Minnesota housing​
1.3 infrastructure program.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. TRANSFER AND APPROPRIATION.​
1.6 (a) $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is transferred from the general fund to the housing​
1.7development fund. This is a onetime transfer.​
1.8 (b) $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the housing development fund​
1.9to the commissioner of the Housing Finance Agency for the greater Minnesota housing​
1.10infrastructure grant program under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.395. This is a onetime​
1.11appropriation.​
