66 1.6 Section 1. ST. LOUIS PARK; WAYZATA AND ZARTHAN AREA​
77 1.7INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS.​
88 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$4,050,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds​
99 1.9account in the state transportation fund as provided in Minnesota Statutes, section 174.50,​
1010 1.10for a grant to the city of St. Louis Park to acquire property or interests in property, predesign,​
1111 1.11design, construct, furnish, and equip improvements to Wayzata Boulevard from Louisiana​
1212 1.12Avenue to Zarthan Avenue, Zarthan Avenue from Wayzata Boulevard to a point 200 feet​
1313 1.13south of 16th Street, 16th Street from Zarthan Avenue to Park Place Boulevard. This​
1414 1.14appropriation includes money for area trail and sidewalk construction; replacement or repair​
1515 1.15of water, sewer, and storm sewer facilities; and other improvements or upgrades related to​
1616 1.16street reconstruction work including streetlights, signals, striping, and signs; replacement​
1717 1.17or repair of pavement, curb, and gutter; and roundabout construction. This appropriation is​
1818 1.18available when the commissioner of management and budget determines that sufficient​
1919 1.19resources have been committed to complete the project, as required by Minnesota Statutes,​
2020 1.20section 16A.502.​
2121 1.21 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond​
2222 1.22proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of​
2323 1.23the state in an amount up to $4,050,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect​
