66 1.6 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$2,500,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund​
77 1.7to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Sherburne County for Phase 2​
88 1.8development of Two Inlets Regional Park adjacent to Big Elk Lake in Sherburne County.​
99 1.9This appropriation includes money for prairie, shoreline, and other native habitat restoration;​
1010 1.10design and construction of trails and other visitor amenities and infrastructure; and for other​
1111 1.11site and natural resource improvements and betterments necessary to provide safe and​
1212 1.12improved visitor access for outdoor recreation and to preserve the site as a public natural​
1313 1.13area.​
1414 1.14 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond​
1515 1.15proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of​
1616 1.16the state in an amount up to $2,500,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect​
1717 1.17prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota​
1818 1.18Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.​
1919 1.19 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
