| 5 | 5 | | 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: |

| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. LAMBERTON; WATER INFRASTRUCTURE AND STREET |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7RECONSTRUCTION. |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$1,950,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Lamberton to design, construct, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10and equip source water improvements and replacement of aging and failing municipal |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11infrastructure. This appropriation includes money for new wells and water piping; water |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12distribution system, sanitary sewer system, and storm sewer system infrastructure; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 1.13reconstruction of city streets. |

| 14 | 14 | | 1.14 Subd. 2.Bond Sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of |

| 16 | 16 | | 1.16the state in an amount up to $1,950,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 1.17prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota |

| 18 | 18 | | 1.18Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7. |
