1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; HISTORIC NESS CHURCH OF LITCHFIELD.
1.6 $50,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
1.7the governing board of the Minnesota Historical Society for a grant to repair and preserve
1.8the cultural and historic Ness Church in Litchfield.
