                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to transportation; appropriating money for town roads and bridges.​
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. TOWN ROADS; APPROPRIATION.​
1.5 $25,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $25,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
1.6from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for town roads, to be distributed​
1.7in the manner provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 162.081.​
1.8 Sec. 2. TOWN BRIDGES; APPROPRIATION.​
1.9 $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
1.10from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for town bridges, to be distributed​
1.11in the manner provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 162.081.​
