1.3 Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 127A.20, subdivision 2.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 127A.20, subdivision 2, is amended to read:
1.6 Subd. 2.Goals.Each applicant for a grant awarded by the commissioner of education
1.7must include in the grant application a statement of the goals of the education program and
1.8grant funds. To the extent practicable, the goals must be aligned to the state of Minnesota's
1.9world's best workforce comprehensive achievement and civic readiness and the federally
1.10required Every Student Succeeds Act accountability systems.
1.11 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2025.
