1.7 The portion of the appropriation in Minnesota Laws 2019, First Special Session chapter
1.82, article 2, section 5, paragraph (h), as amended by Laws 2021, First Special Session chapter
1.91, article 2, section 18, for the Ash River Sanitary Sewer Collection and Treatment System
1.10is available until June 30, 2026.
1.11 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
