| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$2,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7to the Metropolitan Council for a grant to the city of Woodbury to design, construct, and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8equip facilities and infrastructure for La Lake Park. This appropriation includes money for |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9an open-air shelter with restrooms, picnic areas, trails and a trailhead, and for other site |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10improvements and amenities. This appropriation also includes money for stormwater |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11management infrastructure and natural resource site improvements to protect water quality |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12and enhance ecosystem health. |
