99 1.9 Subd. 2.Dyslexia Institute of Minnesota.(a) For a grant to the Dyslexia Institute of​
1010 1.10Minnesota to provide free evidence-based literacy interventions to students who are reading​
1111 1.11below grade level and are enrolled in public schools where a majority of students are eligible​
1212 1.12for free or reduced-price meals:​

1818 1.18ranking minority members of the legislative committees having jurisdiction over kindergarten​
1919 1.19through grade 12 education and higher education by January 15 of each year until 2028​
2020 1.20describing how grant funds were used, and progress made toward improving the literacy​
