1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; BOUNDARY WATERS CARE CENTER.
1.6 $250,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.7of human services for a sole-source grant to Boundary Waters Care Center in Ely, Minnesota.
1.8This is a onetime appropriation.
