| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$762,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds account |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8in the state transportation fund, as provided in Minnesota Statutes, section 174.50, to the |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Columbus for improvements to |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10Hornsby Street Northeast from marked Trunk Highway 97 to Eureka Avenue. Improvements |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11include predesign; design; construction; replacement or repair and installation of stormwater |
