1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; GORDON PARKS COMMEMORA TION.
1.6 $800,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
1.7the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Humanities Center to work in collaboration with
1.8Soul Touch Productions to create an art installation and programming to celebrate the
1.9incredible life and rich legacy of Gordon Parks.
