1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. [94.56] PROHIBITION ON ACQUIRING LAND AT AUCTION.
1.6 Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the commissioner of natural
1.7resources may not acquire real property at auction or accept real property that was acquired
1.8by a third party at auction.
