1.1 A bill for an act
1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for grade-separated interchange
1.3 at Trunk Highway 36 and Trunk Highway 120 in the cities of North St. Paul and
1.4 Oakdale.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; TRUNK HIGHWAY 36 AND TRUNK HIGHWAY
1.7120 INTERCHANGE.
1.8 $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.9of transportation for preliminary design of a grade-separated interchange at the intersection
1.10of marked Trunk Highway 36 and marked Trunk Highway 120 in the cities of North St.
1.11Paul and Oakdale. This appropriation is onetime and is available until the project is completed
1.12or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
1.13 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
