44 1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
55 1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CHILDREN'S MUSEUM GRANTS.​
66 1.6 (a) $1,525,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $1,525,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
77 1.7from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Humanities​
88 1.8Center for grants to children's museums for interactive exhibits and outreach programs on​
99 1.9arts and cultural heritage. Of this amount:​
1010 1.10 (1) $175,000 each year is for The Works, Bloomington;​
1111 1.11 (2) $125,000 each year is for the WonderTrek Children's Museum, Brainerd-Baxter;​
1212 1.12 (3) $100,000 each year is for the Children's Discovery Center, Breckenridge;​
1313 1.13 (4) $125,000 each year is for the Duluth Children's Museum, Duluth;​
1414 1.14 (5) $100,000 each year is for the Otter Cove Children's Museum, Fergus Falls;​
1515 1.15 (6) $100,000 each year is for the Children's Discovery Museum, Grand Rapids;​
1616 1.16 (7) $100,000 each year is for the Wheel and Cog Children's Museum, Hutchinson;​
1717 1.17 (8) $175,000 each year is for the Children's Museum of Southern Minnesota, Mankato;​
