1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; PUBLIC TELEVISION.​
1.5 $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from​
1.6the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for grants to the​
1.7Minnesota Public Television Association for production and acquisition grants according​
1.8to Minnesota Statutes, section 129D.18.​
