88 1.8 A health plan company must include in the summary of benefits and coverage a statement​
99 1.9that indicates whether the health plan company applied money from a patient assistance​
1010 1.10program, as defined in section 62J.84, subdivision 2, paragraph (h), to an enrollee's​
1111 1.11deductible.​
1212 1.12 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective January 1, 2026, and applies to health​
