| 5 | 5 | | 1.5 (a) Notwithstanding the public sale provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282, or |

| 6 | 6 | | 1.6other law to the contrary, St. Louis County may sell by private sale the tax-forfeited land |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7described in paragraph (c). |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 (b) The conveyance must be in a form approved by the attorney general. The attorney |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9general may make changes to the land description to correct errors and ensure accuracy. |
