1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for new aircraft shelters at the
1.3 Duluth Air National Guard Base.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. 148TH FIGHTER WING AIRCRAFT SHELTERS; APPROPRIATION.
1.6 $25,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the adjutant
1.7general for removal of old single-bay shelters and construction of new universal aircraft
1.8parking shelters for the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard at the Duluth
1.9Air National Guard Base. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until spent, subject
1.10to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
1.11 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
