88 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$5,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund​
99 1.9to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Minneapolis for construction​
1010 1.10of ADA-accessible facilities in the public right-of-way. This appropriation is available when​
1111 1.11the commissioner of management and budget determines sufficient resources have been​
1212 1.12committed from nonstate sources to complete the project.​
1313 1.13 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond​
1414 1.14proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of​
1515 1.15the state in an amount up to $5,000,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect​
1616 1.16prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota​
1717 1.17Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.​
1818 1.18 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
