| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$20,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7fund to the Metropolitan Council for the cost of improvements and betterments of a capital |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8nature and acquisition by the council and local government units of regional recreational |
