| 5 | 5 | | 1.5 $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner |

| 6 | 6 | | 1.6of employment and economic development to make grants, in consultation with the |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7commissioner of agriculture, to organizations in Minnesota to develop enterprises, supply |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8chains, and markets for continuous living cover crops and cropping systems in the early |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9stage of commercial development, including regenerative poultry silvopasture systems, |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10Kernza perennial grain, winter camelina, and elderberry. A grantee may not receive a grant |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11for the same purposes as this section from another agency within the same calendar year. |
