1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. PARKS AND TRAILS FUND APPROPRIATION EXTENSIONS.​
1.5 Subdivision 1.Cannon Valley Trail; Goodhue County.The availability of the grant​
1.6to Goodhue County for the Cannon Valley Trail project from the parks and trails fund fiscal​
1.7year 2023 appropriation under Laws 2021, First Special Session chapter 1, article 3, section​
1.83, paragraph (b), is extended to June 30, 2027.​
1.9 Subd. 2.Beaver Island Trail; Stearns County.The availability of the grant to Stearns​
1.10County for the Beaver Island Trail project from the parks and trails fund fiscal year 2023​
1.11appropriation under Laws 2021, First Special Session chapter 1, article 3, section 3, paragraph​
1.12(b), is extended to June 30, 2027.​
1.13 Subd. 3.Bluffs Traverse Trail; city of Winona.The availability of the grant to the city​
1.14of Winona for the Bluffs Traverse Trail project from the parks and trails fund fiscal year​
1.152023 appropriation under Laws 2021, First Special Session chapter 1, article 3, section 3,​
1.16paragraph (b), is extended to June 30, 2027.​
1.17 Subd. 4.Jay C. Hormel Nature Center; city of Austin.The availability of the grant​
1.18to the city of Austin for the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center project from the parks and trails​
1.19fund fiscal year 2024 appropriation under Laws 2023, chapter 40, article 3, section 3,​
1.20paragraph (c), is extended to June 30, 2027.​
