55 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
66 1.6 Section 1. INVER GROVE HEIGHTS; HERITAGE VILLAGE PARK.​
77 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$3,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund​
88 1.8to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of​
99 1.9Inver Grove Heights to design, construct, furnish, and equip improvements and betterments​
1010 1.10of a capital nature to Heritage Village Park in the city of Inver Grove Heights. This​
1111 1.11appropriation includes money for an amphitheater, open-air picnic shelter or shelters,​
1212 1.12restroom building with storage, a parking lot expansion, landscaping, and related park​
1313 1.13furnishings and amenities.​
1414 1.14 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond​
1515 1.15proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of​
1616 1.16the state in an amount up to $3,000,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect​
1717 1.17prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota​
1818 1.18Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.​
1919 1.19 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
