| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 $4,500,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7of employment and economic development for a grant to the Neighborhood Development |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8Center to design, construct, furnish, and equip a new entrepreneur innovation center located |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9in the Lake Street Corridor in the city of Minneapolis. The new building shall include space |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10for entrepreneurs from low-income communities to develop and operate their businesses, |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11and may include a technology accelerator, a beauty, health, and wellness incubator with a |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12small-batch production kitchen, community event and meeting space, a food production |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13kitchen, and retail space. This appropriation is available until the project is completed or |
