66 1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 175.46, is amended by adding a subdivision​

88 1.8 Subd. 3a.Construction trades programs.The commissioner must:​
99 1.9 (1) approve youth skills training programs in the construction trades, if the program is​
1010 1.10restricted to work at a central location such as a headquarters site or training facility; and​
1111 1.11 (2) exempt students in programs under this subdivision from any conflicting child labor​
1212 1.12laws, as allowed under section 181A.07, subdivision 7.​
