1.3 Independence College and Community for workforce development services for

1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. MICC; APPROPRIATION.
1.7 $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from
1.8the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant
1.9to Minnesota Independence College and Community (MICC) to provide employment
1.10preparation, job placement, job retention, and service coordination services to adults with
1.11autism and learning differences.
