1.2 relating to legacy; appropriating money for Minnesota Governor's Council on

1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; COUNCIL ON DEVELOPMENT AL DISABILITIES.
1.6 $100,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $100,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the
1.7arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for the Minnesota
1.8Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities to continue to preserve and raise awareness
1.9of the history of Minnesotans with developmental disabilities, including through the use of
1.10images, videos, print, and traveling exhibits.
