66 1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
77 1.7 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 142B.16, subdivision 5, is amended to read:​
88 1.8 Subd. 5.Requirement to post conditional license.For licensed family child care​
99 1.9providers and child care centers, upon receipt of any order of conditional license issued by​
1010 1.10the commissioner under this section, and notwithstanding a pending request for​
1111 1.11reconsideration of the order of conditional license by the license holder, the license holder​
1212 1.12shall post the order of conditional license in a place that is conspicuous to the people receiving​
1313 1.13services and all visitors to the facility for two years. When the order of conditional license​
1414 1.14is accompanied by a maltreatment investigation memorandum prepared under section​
1515 1.15626.557 or chapter 260E, the investigation memoranda must be posted with the order of​
1616 1.16conditional license, and the license holder must post both in a place that is conspicuous to​
1717 1.17the people receiving services and all visitors to the facility for ten years.​
1818 1.18 Sec. 2. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 142B.18, subdivision 6, is amended to read:​
1919 1.19 Subd. 6.Requirement to post licensing order or fine.For licensed family child care​

2121 1.21immediate suspension, fine, or revocation issued by the commissioner under this section,​
