| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 (a) $600,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $600,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8the general fund to the commissioner of higher education for immediate transfer to College |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9Possible to support programming focused on college admission and college graduation for |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10low-income students through an intensive curriculum of coaching and support at both the |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11high school and postsecondary levels. |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12 (b) This appropriation must be used by College Possible only for programs supporting |
