55 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
66 1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 256B.4914, subdivision 10d, is amended to​
77 1.7read:​
88 1.8 Subd. 10d.Direct care staff; compensation.(a) A provider paid with rates determined​
99 1.9under subdivision 6 must use a minimum of 66 percent of the revenue generated by rates​
1010 1.10determined under that subdivision for direct care staff compensation.​
1111 1.11 (b) A provider paid with rates determined under subdivision 7 must use a minimum of​
1212 1.1245 percent of the revenue generated by rates determined under that subdivision for direct​
1313 1.13care staff compensation.​
1414 1.14 (c) A provider paid with rates determined under subdivision 8 or 9 must use a minimum​
1515 1.15of 60 percent of the revenue generated by rates determined under those subdivisions for​
1616 1.16direct care staff compensation.​
1717 1.17 (d) Compensation under this subdivision includes:​
1818 1.18 (1) wages;​
1919 1.19 (2) taxes and workers' compensation;​
2020 1.20 (3) health insurance;​
2121 1.21 (4) dental insurance;​
