| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$16,213,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Trimont to predesign, design, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9construct, reconstruct, and equip improvements and betterments of a capital nature to drinking |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10water, wastewater, and sanitary sewer infrastructure in the city of Trimont, including |
