| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. COLD SPRING; WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY. |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$29,861,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Cold Spring to design, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9construct, and equip improvements to the city's wastewater treatment facility, including |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10replacing the existing filter process with an expanded biological nutrient removal activated |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11sludge process, as well as improvements to the biosolids treatment and management |
