                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to youth; appropriating money for youth intervention programs.​
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; YOUTH INTERVENTION PROGRAMS.​
1.5 $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from​
1.6the general fund to the commissioner of children, youth, and families for youth intervention​
1.7programs under Minnesota Statutes, section 142A.43. These amounts are ongoing and are​
1.8added to the base.​
