| 7 | 7 | | 1.7IMPROVEMENTS. |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$4,800,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of International Falls to construct, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10renovate, furnish, and equip improvements and betterments of a capital nature at the existing |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11water treatment facility in the city of International Falls, including an expansion of the |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12facility, rehabilitation and replacement of aging and failing infrastructure, security upgrades, |
