1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; INDUSTRY RESEARCH.​
1.6 $40,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $40,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
1.7from the general fund to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota to advance​
1.8innovation and new technologies in the biomanufacturing, precision agriculture, hypersonics,​
1.9and green energy and green iron industries.​
