1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for the Rondo Community
1.3 Land Trust.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; RONDO COMMUNITY LAND TRUST.
1.6 $6,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.7of employment and economic development for a grant to Rondo Community Land Trust,
1.8a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to acquire, design, and redevelop parcels between Dale
1.9street and Saint Albans Street in the city of St. Paul. This appropriation includes money for
1.10site improvements, infrastructure, and landscaping. This appropriation is onetime and is
1.11available until the project is completed.
