1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; HEALTH SCIENCES STRATEGIC PLAN.
1.6 $45,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $45,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated
1.7from the general fund to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota to implement
1.8the University of Minnesota's Health Sciences Strategic Plan and address the critical health
1.9care challenges facing Minnesota.
