1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5Section 1. DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES FORECAST ADJUSTMENT.
1.6 The dollar amounts shown in the columns marked "Appropriations" are added to or, if
1.7shown in parentheses, are subtracted from the appropriations in Laws 2023, chapter 70,
1.8article 20, from the general fund, or any other fund named, to the commissioner of human
1.9services for the purposes specified in this act, to be available for the fiscal year indicated
1.10for each purpose. The figure "2025" used in this act means that the appropriations listed are
1.11available for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
