1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CRITICAL ACCESS NURSING FACILITY RATE
1.6ADJUSTMENTS.
1.7 $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from
1.8the general fund to the commissioner of human services for critical access nursing facility
1.9rate adjustments under Minnesota Statutes, section 256R.47.
