1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; 2026 SPECIAL OLYMPICS USA GAMES.
1.6 $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund
1.7to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games
1.8to celebrate the arts and cultural heritage of Minnesota during Special Olympics events,
1.9including through design and construction of the Special Olympics Cauldron.
