1.2 relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money to establish a cultural
1.3 mall in the city of Moorhead.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; MOORHEAD CULTURAL MALL.
1.6 $....... in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the
1.7commissioner of administration for a grant to the Immigrant Development Center, a 501(c)(3)
1.8nonprofit organization, to preserve and enhance the arts and cultural heritage of diverse
1.9Minnesota communities by establishing a cultural mall in the city of Moorhead. The grant
1.10may be used to acquire, renovate, and upgrade a property for this purpose.
