66 1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
77 1.7 Section 1. REPEALER.​
88 1.8 Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 256S.2101, subdivision 1, is repealed.​
99 1.9 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective January 1, 2026, or upon federal approval,​
1010 1.10whichever is later. The commissioner of human services shall notify the revisor of statutes​
1111 1.11when approval is obtained.​
