| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subd. 48.Unfair discriminatory practice."Unfair discriminatory practice" means any |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9act described in sections 363A.08 to 363A.19 363A.195 and 363A.28, subdivision 10. |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13 (a) It is an unfair discriminatory practice for a program or activity receiving state financial |

| 14 | 14 | | 1.14assistance to exclude a qualified disabled person from participation in the program or activity, |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15deny a qualified disabled person the full and equal enjoyment of any benefits, or otherwise |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 1.16discriminate against a qualified disabled person because of a disability. |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 1.17 (b) Each state agency that provides financial assistance to a program or activity shall |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 1.18ensure that the recipient of financial assistance complies with the requirements of this section |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 1.19and shall adopt rules as necessary to enforce compliance with this section. |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | 1.20 (c) The provisions of this section shall remain in full force and effect regardless of any |
