1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CEMETERY SHORELINE STABILIZATION.
1.6 $2,300,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the Board of
1.7Water and Soil Resources for a grant to St. Louis County to stabilize shoreline near Scandia
1.8Cemetery by constructing a retaining wall and a related access road.
